This is a personal decision. If you have never cleansed before, you may want to start with a 1 day cleanse and work your way up. However, if you already live a nearly raw, vegan lifestyle or have cleansed before, 3 or 5 days is more cleansing time, and you will release more toxins.
Definitely! A one-day cleanse can be an introduction to a longer, deeper cleanse. It will still give your digestive system a valuable rest. It’s always beneficial to add more fresh, cold-pressed juices and plant-based foods into your diet. Even just for 24 hours, you’ll still feel some of the benefits.
Minor headaches, light headed and flu like symptoms are not uncommon on any cleanse. It is the sign of a person detoxing (primarily from caffeine or sugar.) Drink more water and get some rest.

Not necessairly, but we recommend starting with a more savoury juice and ending with a sweeter one and your nut mylk. Keep in mind that your body’s able to better assimilate things on an empty stomach so we like to start our mornings with a greener juice.
Because it’s natural! Give it a shake. Most supermarket bought drinks don’t separate because they have stabilisers added in. We prefer to shake our juice rather than drink chemicals!
