HOW IT WORKS
Cleanses work best with a little preparation beforehand. The week before you start your cleanse, clean up your diet. Eliminate caffeine, wheat, alcohol, sugar, fish, dairy, and meat. Start drinking more pure water.
Start each morning with a glass of warm lemon water. Throughout the day, you are welcome to supplement your cleanse with herbal teas, hot water with lemon or ginger, and room temperature, pure water to stay hydrated. While cleansing, drink your juices at regular intervals throughout the day. Rest during your cleanse. While sleeping, your body heals renews and repairs, while eliminating toxins in the process.
Coming out of a cleanse is equally as important as the cleanse itself. Try to avoid shocking the body with heavy, hard to digest foods. We recommend light vegan meals if possible for at least 3 days after your cleanse. Fruit, lightly steamed vegetables, soups, juices, salads and gluten-free grains are always good options.
